These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ylaro platform, including all sports betting, casino-style games, account management, and withdrawal features available to players in the Philippines. 2. Betting, Casino Games, and Platform Use

Your account balance reflects confirmed winnings and deposits only; pending bets or wagers that have not yet been settled are not included in your available withdrawal balance. ylaro reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or an ongoing account review. Any balance remaining in a dormant account — defined as an account with no login activity for twelve consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account terms displayed on the platform.

ylaro provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ylaro's liability to any player for losses arising from the use of the platform — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ylaro is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside of ylaro's reasonable control.
